Crab Jockey Details

The Annapolis Crab Derby is an exciting and rewarding event. The event is a fundraiser for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and a celebration of Entrepreneurship. You can participate in a big way by being a Crab Jockey.

On the day of the event you will be "jockeying" your crab by encouraging them to cross the finish line first. At the event, we will announce you as a Crab Jockey and your name and company will be listed on the event program and our website!  You can register as a Crab Jockey on this page. It's free as long as you hit the fundraising minimum of $200. Leading up to the event, you will be given a link to a personalized crowdfunding page. We ask that you send an email to your friends, family and colleges indicating that you will be a Crab Jockey at the Annapolis Crab Derby and that you would like their support by making a small donation. For now, all you have to do is sign up, then we will be send you the details. This is a great move on your part. It's guaranteed to be a fun and rewarding time!!
